Automated Washing System for complex applications
WeirWashers
WeirWasher AUTOMATED cleaning system are the ONLY scada/PLC/Timer controlled rotational spray technology. Removing algae, scum, grease, polymers, pulp, fibres and other debris that grow/build up on weirs, troughs, baffles, launders and other areas.
The systems are engineered to optimize the impingement force of the water, whilst minimizing the water used (use Non-potable water). The hydraulically, self propelled, rotating spray heads reduce the number of nozzles required to spray/clean large surface areas, as they travel around on a movable arm. Specialised carbon fibre tubes ensure durability & longevity.
Each system is engineered to specific design parameters for the respective applications, NO MATTER THE SHAPE, LAYOUT OR CONFIGURATION.

APPLICATIONS:
- FEED WELL SPRAYER to break down froth or scum formations.
- PERIPHERAL CHANNEL SPRAYER to clean O/F launders on thickeners or clarifiers.
- TANK BOTTOM SPRAYER
- DELIGH SPRAY Eco-Blaster/Belt Blaster/SYSTEM to direct scum to the beach.
- COVER SPRAY for control of fungus, insects and debris collection.
- RETRACTING SPRAYER – stays retracted when off
BENEFITS:

- Reduce manual cleaning risks
- Reduce microbiological infestation and collection
- Less frequent fouling maintenance required
- Minimize Maintenance time/costs.
- Improve application effectiveness
Other products include the (1) Eco-Blaster & (2) Belt Blaster:
The ECO-BLASTER (biological control system) is designed to address foreign material from collection. Static and fixed linear sprays have proved unsuccessful, but applying a moving spray prevents re-collection and blasts the offending material into solution.
Our patented spray system performs work in inaccessible locations without the need for additional motors or equipment. We control the trust vector, which regulates the rotational speed and impingement force of the Eco-Blaster, allowing for the optimum spray energy delivered to each surface.
The BELT BLASTER cleans from either side and penetrates through the belt, ensuring a clean belt weave and effective machine operation. Reduced water usage (non-potable) compared to conventional spray devices. Belt clogging are greatly reduced and savings are realised by running at designed capacities, at all times.
